These sessions are perfect if you’re:

• Starting or returning to yoga

• Looking to deepen your yoga, stretching, or meditation practice

• Wanting more 1:1 attention at times and days that work best for you

• Dealing with limited mobility, injuries, or have specific needs

 

Private yoga offers the chance to deeply tailor the practice to your body and goals, with a level of attention and care that’s hard to match in a group setting. It's one of my favorite ways to offer this practice. In fact, I’ve been guiding one couple for over five years — they’ve been meeting bi-weekly and are thriving in their mid-eighties!

 

I also continue to offer intimate weekly private groups (up to 8 students), and a couple of spots might be available.
