Evening Yin + Restorative for All Levels, Email to Register(Only on Zoom)

 

THURSDAYS:

12-12:45 pm

Strong Flow Level 2/3 at Yoga Soup

 

SATURDAYS:

9-10 am

Strong + Steady Flow for All Levels at Yoga Soup (Only in-person)
